'23 Summer Women's Wellness Retreat

WovenGrace Wellness's first ever retreat! Created for women, by women. This Retreat offers an intentional space to quiet your mind, engage your body, and explore pathways to inner peace

Meet Your Hosts

Participate in a carefully curated program that combines various practices to enhance your overall well-being. Start the day with a blissful yoga session, led by an experienced instructor who will guide you through gentle movements, promoting flexibility, strength, and a deep connection with your body.  Follow this with brunch and a nutritional workshop, led by an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, where you'll learn how to nourish your body as well as your mind.

10:00 - 10:15 am

Check-In with your hosts! Grab some coffee or tea and get ready for the day.

10:15 - 11:15 am

A rejuvenating yoga session will be led by Connie Connelly, RYT-200, joined by Joe Lawson, a Sonorous Healing Expert on bowls. 

11:15 am - 12:00 pm

Delicious brunch will be enjoyed while Elise Johnson, INHC, demonstrates helpful hacks for nutritious snacks

12:00 - 1:00 pm

Guided mediation and reflections. Learn how to engage with yourself on a deeper level

1:00 - 2:00 pm

Why is movement important? Engage in a full body awareness exercise, then slow it down as the retreat comes to a close.
