Connie Connelly, MEd, LCMHC, RYT-200
I am a retired Air Force Reserves Veteran, and I understand what it’s like to navigate transitions and changes. After retiring from the Reserves, I embarked on my second career to become a counselor and therapist, following my passion to help others.

My counseling career began in March 2016 as a professional school counselor, providing support for families, children, and adolescents within the school community. I quickly expanded my practice to work with individuals of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, women’s issues, spirituality, and relationship difficulties. I also offer career counseling services to individuals experiencing career transitions and yoga therapy for those looking for a deeper mind-body connection.

"I free myself from hatred through forgiveness and love. I understand that suffering, when it cannot be avoided, is here to help me on my way to glory. I understand that everything is connected, that all roads meet, and that all rivers flow into the same sea."

I received a Master of Education in School Counseling from Liberty University in 2016 and enjoy working with individuals aged seven and up who may feel stuck. Working together, I enjoy helping my clients discover new ways to chart a joyful and authentic path.
