Karen Brown,
LCMHC
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and not just fix surface problems. I help my clients explore why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives.

Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and thoughtful. You won't be given a checklist to complete or a script to follow. We will explore what's happening now, what's felt confusing or painful, and how your past experiences may still be shaping your present.

I'll listen carefully, ask questions that help uncover patterns, and gently point out themes I notice over time. We may explore relationships, dreams, memories, emotions that feel hard to name, or moments that seem "small" but carry a lot of weight.

I am to offer a space that feels steady, respectful, and real. You don't need to have the right words or know where to begin because part of our work is figuring that out together.
