Maddie Graves,
LCMHC-A

I made big changes in my life, and I moved halfway across the country for graduate school. I understand what it’s like to struggle with change and create my own path. Years of education have taught me how to both navigate my own life and help others navigate theirs. I'm continuing on my journey and looking to share what I've learned.

My counseling career began in August 2023. I took several steps toward becoming a clinical counselor, and now I provide support for individuals 14+ who feel lost, stuck, or unsure. My specialty areas include issues related to relationship trauma and abuse, interpersonal struggles, managing stress and life transitions, and anxiety and depression.

Educational Background

I received my Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University in 2025. With years of hospital inpatient work, community mental health practice, volunteer work, and private practice, I have developed a wide variety of methods for meeting people where they are at, and a strong desire to dig deeper.
